BRAND GUIDELINES
The Watson Group had been experiencing rapid growth, expanding from a small team in 2021 to a full-service brokerage with multiple acquisitions and a satellite office. With that expansion came the need to refresh their branding, streamline their messaging, and create a stronger digital presence to connect with both individual and business clients.
We refined Watson Group’s visual identity to feel modern, approachable, and professional, while maintaining the original integrity of their brand.
Website Revamp – We redesigned their website with clear navigation, engaging copy, and a user-friendly experience, making it easy for potential clients to explore insurance options and get in touch. We also added a blog and update that on a monthly basis with helpful content.
Social Media Content & Management – We developed a consistent and engaging content plan that highlights their expertise in their services while providing useful information. The content provided is cohesive aligning with their brand guidelines (color palette, theme, shapes, fonts, etc). We also assisted in the management of the social profiles, scheduling posts, crafting captions and responding to comments.
Marketing Assets – With refining the brand identity, we worked with the executive team to curate updated assets and materials. We worked to update email marketing templates as well as business cards for all employees.
Our goal was to honor their established identity while refining and modernizing their visual and verbal branding to reflect their growth, expertise, and client-first mission. We kept the integrity of the Watson Group’s trusted brand colors, which convey stability and professionalism, while refining a standardized typography and layout to feel polished and modern. We introduced high-quality, people-focused imagery as well as subtle textures and assets to enhance the print and digital content.
The Watson Group was strong in their frequency of content but needed refinement in design and management of their social profiles. We were able to develop a monthly content calendar with a mix of informative, meaningful and interactive content. Each piece follows a patterns of colors and textures that have become the standards of their online presence. In addition to creating consistency across social platforms, we made slight edits to the company website that allow visitors to easily navigate and learn what makes the Watson Group truly special.
