Though LCL is a team of one (hi, it’s me), I collaborate with an incredible network of creatives, including a dear friend and amazing UGC content creator, photographers and videographers, to deliver engaging brand experiences.

My goal is to support business owners who are ready to grow but may not have the resources to hire a full-time professional or large agency. That’s where I come in—to give brands that glow up they are waiting for.

I discovered my passion for event management, marketing, and bringing people together in high school (almost 13 years ago - but who’s counting?) when I served as the event chairperson for my county’s American Cancer Society Relay For Life event. Organizing volunteers, booking entertainment and securing media coverage was exhilarating. That experience ignited a love for planning, strategy, and storytelling that carried through to my college years (also a few years back - still not counting).

While studying Public Relations and Marketing, I spent three years as the Director of Social Enrichment for Alpha Delta Pi - Delta Nu, where I planned and executed all formal and social events. While it sounds like an easy job of party planning, I was also head of Risk Management and you can only imagine how challenging that can be for 125+ sorority sisters AND their dates. As fun and challenging as it was, this position solidified my ability to create meaningful experiences, work with multiple vendors and handle snafus on the fly.

Throughout my professional career, I’ve held roles in account management, marketing and PR, where meeting new people and sharing brands across the country became my favorite part of the job. One of my favorite experiences was helping grow an expanding brand into 6 major markets. With the encouragement of my husband and friends, I launched Luminary Collective Lou in January 2025 to help small and medium-sized businesses define and refine their brand identity while curating the online presence they envision.
